I was happy to learn that Amy offers a unique combination phone and/or on-site individual and/or group coaching. Based on our initial phone consultations and written assessments Amy put together a unique individual coaching plan for our company. She clearly communicated each coaching step to me before she arrived to work on-site. The ability of our staff to work toward the same goals as a team started to take shape by the end of the third day of coaching.
