Amy has been helping clients improve the quality of their professional and personal interactions for over 12 years. She brings an array of diverse experiences to her practice; intrigued by the correlation between communication and transformative relationships, Amy spent several years pursuing a deeper understanding of how people change and why. Now, using techniques drawn from science, philosophy and psychology, Amy brings to her coaching an ability to delve deeply beneath the surface to explore and identify meaning, challenge and life purpose for developing leaders.As the director and owner of Dynamic Potential Executive Coaching her company serves a wide variety of professionals from Corporate Executives and Women in Law to entrepreneurs. She has designed and facilitated trainings to help leaders generate success and satisfaction within their organizations. Amy is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified graduate of The Newfield Network Coaching and Organizational Learning (NCOL) program in Washington, DC. Amy is an active member of The International Coache Federation and The International Association of Coaches. Amy is a member of The National Association of Women Lawyers and The Oregon Women Lawyers Association. She is also listed in the “Cambridge Who’s Who of American Executive Women in Business”.
When Amy is not busy coaching executives she enjoys playing golf, traveling, yoga, painting and enjoying the great outdoors in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

Gail Rae, M.A.
An expert in learning, leadership development, and storytelling, Gail has been helping clients for over 20 years. A research psychologist by education, she bridges science and the art of communication, as she works from an informed heart to enable individuals and teams to reach beyond their comfort zone to achieve their goals.Working from the perspective of the learner, Gail specializes in increasing communication skills and impact. She coaches leaders, public speakers, and influencers to communicate to achieve results. Some of her recent clients include: The World Health Organization (WHO), The Global Health Bureau of USAID, BioLogics, MedAire, The Fund for Theological Education, LifeLink and other commercial and non-profit organizations in the domestic U.S. and abroad.
Gail earned her MA in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University and has her coaching certificate from Georgetown University. She is also MBTI qualified. Gail has recently been published in Successful Meeting magazine and other
trade journals.
As a successful consultant, Gail has enabled clients to translate their visions into realities. Her clients have commented that she is able to work within their vernacular to infuse the latest management theories and techniques into practical outcomes.

Cadi Simon, Certified Executive Coach
Working with clients from corporate executives to middle managers, Cadi has helped leaders in deadline-driven, fast paced environments identify and overcome roadblocks to personal and corporate success. She has coached managers in leadership and management skills, has worked with her clients on communications and team dynamics, assisting them in developing and instituting specific action plans for improving management/staff relations, efficiency and performance. Using techniques developed by her years as an editor, Cadi supports clients in setting and reaching their goals by working with them to identify their stories, explore all possible angles, set deadlines for action, and rewrite their "life scripts" to incorporate the changes they want to make.
Prior to starting her coaching business, she spent 20 years working with National Public Radio, most recently as a consultant for management and editorial matters and previously as a staff member. Her last staff position was Senior Foreign Editor. In that capacity, she oversaw all foreign and diplomatic coverage for National Public Radio’s news programs throughout the late 1980’s and early 90’s. For her work, she earned numerous awards including a George Foster Peabody award, and a Robert F. Kennedy award. Cadi is also a staff recipient of three Alfred I. DuPont Awards: one Gold Baton for Excellence in News Coverage (1992) and two Silver Batons, including one for coverage of the Gulf War (1991).

Alex Vincent, Ph.D
Following the completion of his graduate studies and post-doctoral work in Psychology, Alex Vincent joined the Federal Public Service where he undertook complex management roles in diverse federal departments and agencies including Transport
In 2001, Alex began his development as a coach that culminated in his successful completion of the Professional coaching course with New Ventures West in 2003. Since that time Alex has contributed actively as coach and trainer to managers by coaching individuals and developing and delivering workshops and conferences to hundreds of executives and managers across Canada within different corporate settings, addressing management challenges including time management and decision making, the coaching of people and the importance of empathic and effective communications.
He has also coached many individuals to explore and expand different aspects of themselves and their lives.
Recognized for his communication abilities, he has developed various thematic workshops to assist executives, managers and professionals in facing the increasing complexity of their role.
